FOUNDATION YOGA: This class will give you the opportunity to take a step back, slow down, ground, connect and embrace your practice. Whether you are an advanced practitioner or have only a few lessons under your belt Foundation yoga will provide a rounded class that encourages you to feel and find your own experience. With a little more instruction than a general class, focus will be placed on bringing clarity and understanding to your practice as well as to physical form and placement. Classes will represent a variety of yoga practices inviting you to extend your repertoire and enjoy a deeper and inclusive yogic experience. Open to all levels

CHILL: Beginners gain a new appreciation of traditional yogic practices in chill, a mindful, methodical class combining slow flow, breathwork and meditative practices. Chill is perfect for those craving a low key practice, cultivating confidence in movement with awareness of body and breath at a steady pace. As a moving meditation, chill encourages mindfulness, self-awareness, self-compassion, and resilience. Chill conditions the body while improving temperament, discipline and focus.  Beginner to Intermediate Level


ALIGN + RELEASE: A perfect mixed-level class combining aspects of vinyasa flow with integrative core movements and powerful myofascial release techniques. Enjoy a progressive challenge while deepening understanding of optimal pose alignment. Explore inner architecture and elements of vinyasa as you discover inventive adaptations to sun salutations and standing and balancing poses. Self-massage and rolling techniques target tension zones in the body to reawaken de-conditioned tissues and relax away stress held in the body, leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed in body and mind!  Intermediate Level

YIN: Yin yoga is known as one of the quieter practices, however this by no means should suggest this is an “easy” style of yoga. Yin is a slower practice that benefits both in body and mind. Many asanas will be familiar however the approach may not be so. We practice passively, without physical engagement, accessing deeper tissues such as connective and fascia with many poses focusing on areas surrounding joints. The postures are generally long held allowing the harder, more plastic connective tissues and fascia the time to release and open, this can be especially beneficial for athletes or those requiring length and release of tissue. Not only does Yin provides a deep stretch, we are cultivating present and centred awareness as the time spent in postures can become much like a meditation.  Beginner to Intermediate Level

DEEP CORE FLOW: Deep Core Flow, is a slow flowing yoga style designed to effectively use the superficial and deep core of the body to create stability and mobility. You will explore the body’s full range of motion while cultivating precision, alignment, balance, flexibility, grace, power and strength. Somatic inquiry, breathing and mindfulness practices fuse with slow flowing vinyasa, creating an inquiry-driven exploration of yoga into how your structure really wants to move. Expect a healthy dose of intelligent & creative sequencing of standing poses, arm balances, twists, backbends and inversions along with dynamic and specific core movements that build core strength and power. Using mindfulness techniques such as pranayama and meditation, these classes will deepen your awareness and enhance your happiness and well-being long after you have rolled up your mat. Intermediate Level

DEEP CORE PILATES: Pilates Workout is a fun and challenging class of Pilates mat exercises designed to wake up your deep core muscles, switch on your joint stabilising muscles, and build whole body coordination, stamina, and strength, while also improving your posture. Various props (balls, resistance bands, circles, etc) may be included to add variety and increase both the intensity and difficulty of some exercises. Geared towards injury-free students who are new to Pilates or with some experience, this class is the ideal compliment to yoga and many other activities. Intermediate Level

FLOW & RESTORE: Enjoy a deep exploration of the balance between steadiness and ease that is at the heart of yoga. Expect to be challenged to work hard and rest deeply, enjoying all the benefits this practice has to offer. Applying intelligent stress to the body helps build strength in bone, joint and muscle while helping to regulate our nervous and endocrine systems. It calms the mind and releases those feel good chemicals that allow for deep relaxation and exploration of our boundless interior world. Step into your weekend with a balanced awareness, strong body and blissful heart—challenge—surrender—release. Intermediate Level

MOVE INTO STILLNESS: All levels, from newbies to well-practiced, gain clarity and confidence in meditative practices when laying the foundation for stillness with mindful movement. Gentle, slow, thoughtfully curated pose sequences in the first half of class prepare mind and body for an optimal experience of stillness. The second half of class explores various approaches to mindfulness and meditation, allowing each student to uncover comfort and ease on their unique path toward stillness. Beginner to Intermediate Level

RESTORATIVE: If you experience physical, mental or emotional tension or simply want to experience a conscious state of deep rest then Restorative yoga is for you. This quiet yoga practice designed to activate “The Relaxation Response” allows you to let go and surrender entirely in to deep relaxation. You will be guided through 5 to 6 poses that are entirely supported by a variety of props and allow for gentle and passive stretching, opening and releasing. This in turn brings calmness to the mind, relieves muscular tightness, enhances well being, rejuvenates and builds our energy stores. Beginner to Intermediate Level

PRE NATAL YOGA:  Join our prenatal yoga classes and enjoy the benefits of a prenatal yoga practice and the support of our community. Prenatal yoga classes are a wonderful and very natural complement to pregnancy, providing gentle exercise and a preparation for the breath and mind for delivery and beyond. Learn how to safely modify your existing yoga practice throughout the different stages of your pregnancy. Prenatal yoga classes combine gentle stretching and strengthening, breath awareness, relaxation, meditation. You will be encouraged to tap into your vast inner resources. Learn to create a conscious connection with your body that facilitates greater clarity, peace and acceptance assisting you to navigate through this wonderful experience of motherhood. No previous experience necessary. Suitable from second trimester.
