This hour long workshop follows 8 simple steps to staying well in the workplace.

We will be focusing on nutrition, preparing for your working week, gentle exercises/ yoga asanas for those who spend a lot of their day sitting at a desk and a computer, simple naturopathic philosophies for improved immunity to keep those infections away, meditation and finding your healthy work/life balance. Keeping it simple and effective will allow you to implement these changes in your life for a happier and healthier and less stressed out work environment. This workshop can also be delivered in a longer 2 hour format.

Office Mindfulness combines the power of meditation and other mindfulness techniques to  reduce stress in your workplace quickly and effectively. Numerous studies have shown that when done properly and consistently over at least eight weeks, mindfulness can retrain the mind and ultimately discourage feelings of stress and anxiety and increase productivity and overall wellbeing. With our Mindfulness experts your team will learn basic mindfulness techniques that will be easily applicable to all aspect of life. All sessions are practical. Participants learn by experiencing it for themselves.

Yoga and Mindfulness for Corporate Groups

We provide yoga and Mindfulness practices where you need it and when you it!  By incorporating stress relieving programs into your conference or special event, not only do you garner the appreciation of your guests and attendees, but you also increase their focus, productivity, and energy to stay on your message. These sessions can be done in our cbd studio, onsite at your conference venue or in an outdoor environment on the Cairns Esplanade.

Yoga on the Go

Yoga helps create a positive, productive and energetic workplace.  We come to  you! Classes usually take place in a boardroom or multi purpose space and are taught by our certified yoga instructors. Classes may be held in the morning, before work, at lunch time or in the early evening after work.

A typical corporate yoga class runs for about an hour and includes relaxation, postures, breathing techniques and tips on how to reduce stress, minimising health problems associated with sustained periods of time at a computer screen or sitting at a desk.
