Jen’s HATHA YOGA classes are designed to give you time to slow down and tune in to yourself. From a platform of deep listening to the body, you will learn classical yoga postures along with functional movement that will help bring ease, strength and vitality to body and mind.
You will increase mobility, balance, body awareness and overall strength which makes for better coordination and greater overall functionality.
Each class is focused on specific aspects of anatomy, physiology and mental states to facilitate deeper awareness and lasting benefits. Class will include pranayama, meditation and myofascial release work.
All HATHA classes are beginner friendly, all levels welcome.
VINYASA FLOW is a slow, breath centred, alignment focused practice. Jen will lead you through variations of movements that will explore a wide range of motion to build strength, mobility and balance which makes for better coordination, increased body awareness, attention and presence.
Expect purpose driven sequencing of yoga postures and movements that will safely challenge and inspire your practice. Blending eastern tradition with western movement science this class is good medicine for body and mind.
General fitness is needed.
