Jen’s HATHA YOGA classes are designed to give you time to slow down and tune in to yourself. From a platform of deep listening to the body, you will learn classical yoga postures along with movement principles that will help bring ease, strength and vitality to body and mind.
You will increase mobility, flexibility, overall strength as well as core strength for stability. You will build an awareness of body and mind, connecting both aspects of yourself for an enriched well-being. Jen weaves creative themes and intentions into each class so you can explore a varied repertoire of mindful movement to awaken and align body, mind and spirit.
All HATHA classes are beginner friendly, all levels welcome.
