These sessions can be done in our cbd studio, onsite at your conference venue or in an outdoor environment on the Cairns Esplanade.

A private group retreat can also help bring balance to each individual team member’s work life – mental space, emotional intelligence, physical form and optimal diet.

7:30am: Meditation and Mindfulness practice

8 – 9:30 am: Yoga practice (customised)

10 am – 12 pm : Brunch

5 – 6 pm: Restorative Yoga class or Q&A session

6 – 8 pm: Dinner

How To Achieve Ultimate Wellness in the Workplace

This hour long workshop follows 8 simple steps to staying well in the workplace.

We will be focusing on nutrition, preparing for your working week, gentle exercises/ yoga asanas for those who spend a lot of their day sitting at a desk and a computer, simple naturopathic philosophies for improved immunity to keep those infections away, meditation and finding your healthy work/life balance. Keeping it simple and effective will allow you to implement these changes in your life for a happier and healthier and less stressed out work environment. This workshop can also be delivered in a longer 2 hour format.
