Mindfulness, as a practice, is perhaps best described as being simple but never easy. The more we bring the light of awareness into our lives, the more questions and challenges we tend to see.
Mindfulness 2.0 seeks to address those issues in order to lift you into an elevated state of calm and clarity, regardless of the situation. In its theoretical component, the course will dive deeper into the neuroscience along with the mechanisms and complexities of the human condition such as in the experience of pain or emotion. The practices will also evolve to include a range of different techniques such as Metta or loving kindness meditation and open monitoring in order to fully attend to the experience within each moment.
Mindfulness 2.0 is only available to those who have completed the initial five week course or those who have a well established personal meditation practice.
