Mission Beach – September 2022
Join Jen for this 5 night Yoga Retreat, North Queensland. This retreat will set you up for 5 nights of yoga, nature, meditation, beach lazing, hikes and delicious vegetarian cuisine.
Drawing of the rich practices of yoga asana, mindfulness and pranayama you will cultivate the deep inner ease required for restoration, recalibration and revitalisation.
This retreat is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Moderate fitness is required.
- 5 nights retreat accommodation at Sanctuary Retreat
- Breakfast & Dinner. Amazing organic vegetarian meals, morning juices & smoothies. The last night will include a delicious Indian feast.
- Morning Hatha/Vinyasa & Afternoon Restorative/ Yin Yoga, Self Myofascial Release, Pranayama & Meditation.
- Yoga mats and props are provided.
- Lunches are self -catered. There is a kitchen to prepare you own food OR alternatively you can eat at Mission Beach OR order off the Sanctuary menu.
- Optional: On last day, ferry over to Dunk Island to hike Mt Kootaloo ( 7 kms return) and snorkel right off the beach!
