Jen Hamilton is the Owner and Director of Core Life Yoga.
Jen has been teaching Yoga for 25 years.
The word yoga means connection. Through breath centred practice we connect to ourselves. The process and practice of yoga is a journey to understanding our truest human nature, the infinite capacity of love, grace and resilience we all share.
Yoga is a inner practice that offers a pathway to living in joy and harmony. In our busy lives, Yoga gives us the tools to slow down and turn inwards, to become self aware, to love and accept who we are and to live in our centre, in balance – regardless of external conditions.
Jen believes Yoga is a practice that aligns body, mind and energy in absolute harmony. Self mastery is harnessing these energies to establish and stable and powerful inner platform from which you can live your life. This has been Jen’s inquiry, passion and practice since she discovered Yoga at the age of 16.
Jen’s classes are guided by her ability to teach Yoga with an approach that honours each practitioner’s unique body and mind. Jen teaches an intuitive, fluid form of practice that is never the same.
Her classes establish flow, ease, stability and clarity… you will open up and feel deeply centred and connected. Jen’s playful personality, humour and focused intelligence brings depth, fun and creativity to her classes. She creates an inclusive environment where you can show up just as you are.
Jen brings a warm and light hearted style to her classes, retreats and trainings. She encourages self awareness, curiosity and genuine self compassion to inspire positive change – transformation – in the form of greater inner peace, happiness and health.
If you are open to it, Yoga offers a personal pathway to physical well-being, emotional unfolding, and spiritual awakening. All you need to do is keep SHOWING UP.
Jen is a 1500Hr Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Australia, she leads public classes, retreats and is director and facilitator of the Core Life 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training.
