Class Descriptions
-
Hatha
Slow – Build strength, flexibility, and balance with precision alignment, breath-focused movement, and slow pacing. Ideal for beginners or those returning to yoga. Moderate fitness required.
Vinyasa – A stronger class blending Hatha alignment with fluid Vinyasa transitions, focusing on functional movement, whole body strength, and awareness. Moderate fitness required.
-
Yin/ Restorative
A gentle, soothing practice that combines myofascial release and Yin Yoga to support mobility and tissue health, together with deeply restful Restorative Yoga, held by the comfort of bolsters and blankets.
Ideal for beginners, pregnancy, athletic recovery and those seeking stillness, stress relief and the non-doing qualities of softness, allowing, resting and letting go.
-
Core Strength
This core strength class activates the deep core for stability and ease of movement. By focusing on proper core muscle recruitment and breath techniques, you’ll build strength from the inside out and deepen your awareness in yoga postures.
Ideal for post-pregnancy recovery, pelvic or back pain, sacroiliac joint instability, or anyone needing core support for daily life.
-
Monthly Masterclasses
Held on last Sunday of each month, these sessions weave movement, breath, meditation, and somatic awareness into a rich, layered practice designed to restore balance, deepen self-awareness, and leave you feeling grounded and revitalised.
These masterclasses are open to anyone wanting to deepen their connection to body, mind and heart.
An integrated approach
An expression of 30 years of teaching experience, I offer an integrated approach that combines breathwork, traditional asana, functional movement patterns, core strength, somatic inquiry, and guided relaxation.
I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment where you can take the time to slow down, listen to your body, and address your unique needs.
You’ll be encouraged to explore your experiences and to adapt and evolve your practice based on what feels right for you. My approach is grounded in anatomical principles and offers progressive levels of engagement so you can enjoy a safe and sustainable yoga practice every time you step on the mat.
These classes will suit you if:
You wish to establish or deepen your yoga practice with a skilled senior yoga teacher.
You want a slow, progressive yoga class that gives you the time to feel, adapt and adjust according to your needs.
You’re looking for more than just a ‘workout’ — you want to nurture and harmonise your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self through the integrative nature of yoga.
You don’t want a gym environment, you want a quiet space to feel, to breath and let go.
