The Experience
Join me for a beautiful yoga retreat in the luxury and comfort of The Cove, on Tasmania’s stunning north west coast.
Immerse yourself in twice-daily yoga and meditation practices while enjoying all this breathtaking location has to offer — sweeping ocean views, coastal walks, and the evening penguin parade as they make their way back to their burrows.
Be drawn into deeper presence and connection as we explore yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra.
Our group will enjoy exclusive use of The Cove, creating an intimate, private retreat with a dedicated ocean-view yoga space. Expect beautiful accommodation whether you choose premium suites or hardtop glamping. Your package includes a daily dining experience at the on-site award winning ‘Basalt’ restaurant.
This retreat is for those who want to move better, age well, feel steadier in themselves, and reconnect to self and nature.
You will be reminded of the value of coming together in person - sharing meals, movement, conversation, laughter and rest.
Together, we’ll step away from the busyness of daily life and into a space of presence, connection, and gratitude
