My role
I offer guidance on cultivating presence towards the body mind relationship through the lens of yoga. You will receive support in adapting your yoga practice to match your unique needs and anatomical structure as well discovering way to use yoga techniques to support your current challenges.

How It Works
Zoom or In-person
Personalised private sessions are available either in person in the Northern Rivers, NSW region or via Zoom.

It all begins with an informal chat to ensure we're a good fit for each other. We discuss your needs and how yoga can support you.
The Sessions
A private yoga session is 60 minutes long and may include breathing exercises, meditation, and gentle stretching in addition to traditional yoga poses and learning new functional movement patterns to correct imbalances.
Five-session commitment
Your body and nervous system require time to adapt and ‘wire in’ new habits. Commitment consists of 5 sessions, typically scheduled weekly.
Home Practice
To support ongoing practice between sessions, all Zoom sessions can be recorded. In-person sessions will receive an email program, or we can also record the session if desired.
