Each class is thoughtfully crafted around a theme, weaving together Slow Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, breath awareness, pranayama, and guided meditation.

The practices are layered to meet you where you are and to support you in expanding your awareness, releasing tension, restoring balance, and reconnecting with your inner vitality.

These sessions go beyond a regular class—offering time to slow down, explore subtler aspects of practice, and access deeper layers of yourself. Expect a nurturing, exploratory space where you’ll have the opportunity listen and feel.
