Welcome to your yoga practice.

Led by Jen Hamilton, a senior teacher with 30+ years of experience, you’ll be guided with an approach grounded in science, practical expertise, and deep understanding of the body and nervous system.

Her work draws on a diverse range of approaches and traditions, which, through an embodied and practical understanding of their shared principles, are woven into a cohesive and deeply integrated approach to practice.

Yoga designed for real bodies, real lives, and lifelong practice

Jen’s teaching combines clear, grounded yoga instruction with insight from Eastern wisdom traditions, movement arts, Western depth psychology, and modern movement science.

Her classes are thoughtful, well-paced, and informed by a deep understanding of both the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of practice.

Jen brings warmth and a light-hearted approach to her teaching, offering clear, precise guidance that helps students connect with themselves and life in a grounded and meaningful way.

Each session allows you to explore and adapt to meet your needs, whether returning after injury, adjusting to life changes, or continuing a long-term practice.
