Meditation Course - 24th March

Join Jen and Lija for a meditation course designed to cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion, and inner peace. Through guided practices, discover a nurturing space to quiet the mind, deepen connection, and embrace a more easeful way of being.

This 5 week in person course is held at Saltwater Studio, Kingscliff.

With a maximum of 10 participants, we create an intimate, safe space for personalised attention and a supportive environment.

Research shows that meditation can significantly reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional well-being.

Regular practice is linked to better sleep, lower blood pressure, and increased feelings of self-compassion and resilience.

Studies also suggest meditation can change brain structure, boosting areas related to memory, emotional regulation, and self-awareness.

Course starts - Monday 24th March, 6pm

Cost: $120 per person
