MEDITATE – Jen’s guided meditations will leave you deeply relaxed, awakening your inherent wisdom, compassion, and presence—while gently rewiring the brain toward greater calm, clarity, and emotional resilience.

BREATHE - Learn pranayama ( breathing techniques) to invigorate, balance and soothe your overall well-being.

MOVEMENT - Engage in somatic exploration of sensation, breath and movement to unwind, strengthen, release and awaken the body and mind.

RESTORE - Using props, relax into supported postures to release deep-seated tension and restore balance to the nervous system.
