Meet your instructor – Jen Hamilton
For more than 30 years, Jen has delved deeply into the ancient art and science of yoga, dedicating herself to continuous learning, self practice and extensive teaching experience. Jen teaches with warmth, clarity and precision, her classes are embodied explorations of yoga with asana, breath, meditation, and philosophy.
