Tasmania Yoga & Nature Immersion

Retreat Dates:

Tuesday 16th March to Sunday 21st March 2027

(5 nights/6 days)

Location: The Cove, Tasmania

The Experience

We gather on this beautiful land in Tasmania’s northeast to remember— with our bodies, minds, and spirits — all that we have to be grateful for. Through yoga, meditation, reflection, ocean views, and coastal walks alongside a thriving little penguin colony, we are invited into a deeper sense of presence and connection.

Together with exclusive use of The Cove, we explore yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra. We are nourished by luxurious rooms and bedding, delicious meals at the onsite award-winning restaurant Basalt, and by simple pleasures — coastal walks towards Devonport or Ulverstone, exploring the surrounding region, or simply curling up with a book.

Whether you arrive alone or with loved ones, you are held in a space of ease and belonging.

You leave with a renewed sense of inspiration, clarity, and deep gratitude for the life you are living

  • Walk to Mersey Bluff (approx. 5–6 km / 1–1.25 hours one way) for sweeping coastal views and the historic lighthouse

  • Continue into Devonport town centre and waterfront (approx. 8–10 km / 1.5–2 hours one way / 3–4 hours return) for cafés, shops, and the riverfront

  • Extend the journey across the Mersey River into East Devonport for a longer waterfront walk

The pathway is mostly flat and well-formed, making it ideal for relaxed morning walks, half-day exploring, or cycling along the coast.
